Treating Stretch Marks Naturally

Instead of purchasing overpriced products that will run out your bank account and not inevitably work why not try to use home remedies to treat stretch marks. There is a long list of home remedies that can work and can eradicate the problem without spending a fortune.

Eat more foods with vitamin K or apply vitamin K cream to the stretch marks. Food that contain this vitamin are usually tomatoes, diary products, live, and green vegetables.

Apply lavender oil onto the stretch marks three times a day

Vitamin E and Aloe Vera is the most poplar home remedies and very inexpensive.

Pregnant women can apply Vaseline lotion or cocoa butter to their bellies to help prevent stretch marks from appearing.

Apricot scrub is a product that is commonly used for people trying to prevent acne - but when used on stretch marks it will help them to fade in a shorter period of time.

Combine a ½ cup of olive oil, ¼ cup aloe Vera gel, 4 vitamin A liquid capsules, and 6 vitamin E liquid capsules into a blender. Mix well and then place in refrigerator. Once cool apply the mix to the stretch marks.
